Please note: parties located more than 20 miles outside of Canton will incur a fuel charge.
Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event or the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
Changes & Customization
Any changes to your package must be made at least 7 days before your event date.
Flower Availability
We strive to source the highest quality flowers. In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, we will replace them with similar flowers of equal or greater value.
Setup Time
Please ensure that the setup area is accessible at the agreed time. Additional fees may apply for delays caused by venue access.
Damages
Client is responsible for any damages to the equipment or props provided by the company.
